I’ve had that from time to time. The brightness of the computer screen sometimes sets it off for me.

I used to get it only periodically, but I’ve just had it continually (even when my eyes are shut) for about three months now :(  On the other hand, it sounds like everyone knows what I’m talking about which is good ^___^

I do hope your eyes feel better. Caffeine can mess with a lot of things, tho I find if I try to give it up I get awful headaches. :-\
